It is understood that the 'Sino-Russian Joint Industrial Technology Center' will be composed of well-known scientists from China and Russia to form a team of technical experts. Among them, Dr. Milamir Valsov, the chief Russian expert, developed world-class experts in the field of CAE simulation for the aviation field, especially aircraft, serving the Russian United Airlines Manufacturing Group, the Russian Defense Industry Corporation, and the Russian Aero Engine Co., Ltd. CAE simulation project for aircraft, aero engine, satellite and rocket products development of Russian Helicopter Company and Russian Federal Space Agency. Dr. Dai Kun, the chief expert of the Chinese side, has developed the world's top experts in CAE simulation for aero engines. The leaders have hosted more than 10 projects including US Pratt & Whitney, US GE, CAE major engineering simulation analysis project of Boeing Aero Engine.
The center will be based in Qingdao and facing the whole country, and will carry out business in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing such as aviation, offshore engineering and automobiles.
