The 'Advanced Manufacturing Technology' column of the '13th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Innovation' issued by the State Council last year pointed out that theoretical research such as ultra-fast pulse and ultra-high power laser manufacturing should be carried out to break through the key technologies of laser manufacturing and develop high-reliability long-life lasers. Core functional components, domestic advanced lasers and high-end laser manufacturing process equipment, develop advanced laser manufacturing application technology and equipment.
Huagong Laser, a subsidiary of Huagong Technology, undertook the key project of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016, “Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Industrial Grade Picosecond/Femtosecond Lasers”.
